
This October, embark on a world-class dining journey without leaving Toronto. Shangri-La Toronto’s signature restaurant, bosk, is joining the global Taste of Shangri-La celebration, presenting an exclusive limited-time menu inspired by the brand’s iconic restaurants across the globe.
From October 1–31, guests can enjoy two- or three-course menus (CAD 60 or 75 per person) that showcase the best of Northern Italian cuisine crafted with seasonal Canadian ingredients. Highlights include:
- Roasted Ontario Butternut Squash Soup with toasted Venetian spices and pickled apple
- Ontario Cider–Brined Half Chicken with spaetzle, bacon, Brussels sprouts, and apricot-infused jus
- Fogo Island Turbot with Canadian lobster emulsion and late-summer vegetables
- Handmade Potato Gnocchi with roasted mushrooms, leek fondue, and Parmigiano Reggiano (with optional winter truffles)
- Desserts like the indulgent Chocolate Hazelnut Rocher or the classic Sticky Toffee Pudding, paired with Niagara Icewine
Each dish is thoughtfully paired with regional wines, from Niagara to Tuscany, creating a memorable dining experience rooted in both local flavour and international flair.
