Experience Spring in Bloom at Shangri-La Toronto
April 1, 2026
Spring has arrived in Downtown West, and Shangri-La Toronto is marking the season with a lineup of thoughtfully curated experiences.
From floral-inspired afternoon tea to vibrant cocktails, Easter dining, and a Mother’s Day celebration, each offering brings a fresh, seasonal perspective to the heart of the city. Whether you’re planning a catch-up with friends or celebrating something special, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy spring in full bloom.
Petals & Pour: A Spring Afternoon Tea
At the Lobby Lounge, Petals & Pour offers a refined take on afternoon tea, inspired by the lightness and beauty of the season.
The menu leans into floral, fruity, and herbaceous flavours, starting with savoury bites like tea-smoked duck with cherry and lavender, asparagus with lemon and Parmesan, and tomato with burrata layered with basil and ginger. On the sweeter side, expect delicate pastries like strawberry jasmine, raspberry rhubarb crémeux, and cherry hibiscus cake, along with a white peach and orange blossom panna cotta.
It’s all paired with a curated tea selection, from jasmine and osmanthus to Shangri-La’s signature black tea, plus freshly baked scones served with Devonshire cream and peach-lavender confit.

Other options like Perennial and La Güera Picante add a more playful twist with hibiscus, guava, and spice.
