Taste of Shangri-La at bosk, Shangri-La Toronto

This fall, bosk, the signature restaurant at Shangri-La Toronto, is serving a limited-time Taste of Shangri-La menu. The Toronto offering pairs seasonal Canadian ingredients with Northern Italian cooking as part of a global dining celebration featuring 25 restaurants and bars across 11 Shangri-La hotels.

At lunch, guests can choose dishes such as poached pear salad with Ohme Farms chicory and whipped Gorgonzola Dolce, roasted beet ravioli with Hewitts Dairy goat ricotta, or porchetta with Ontario quince mostarda. The dinner menu includes dry-aged duck breast with Barolo-poached fig and Cape D’Or salmon with squid ink foam and mustard greens.

Both menus offer a choice of dessert, including pumpkin chai torte and chestnut tiramisu. Optional wine pairings feature Canadian and European selections, including wines from Prince Edward County, Niagara, Sicily, Rioja and Burgundy.

The Taste of Shangri-La menu at bosk is available through November 15, 2026. Lunch is $35 for two courses or $48 for three; dinner is $65 for two courses or $79 for three. Optional wine pairings are available at an additional cost. Prices exclude taxes and service charges.
