Approved to construct a 15-storey office building with ground floor retail uses. The Copp Clark Publishing
Co. heritage buildings currently used for commercial and office uses are being maintained on the site and
incorporated into the development. The development comprises of approximately 48,160 square metres
of new non-residential gross floor area in addition to the retained gross floor area of 12,482 square
metres, for a total of 60,642 square metres. A total of 234 vehicle parking spaces are proposed in four
underground levels.
• $400,000 for the Bathurst Quay Neighbourhood Plan
• $400,000 for the Waterfront School playground improvements at 635 Queens Quay West
• $380,000 for the provision of new affordable housing as part of the Alexandra Park and Atkinson
Housing Co-Operative Revitalisation, to be directed to the Capital Revolving Fund for Affordable
Housing
• $720,000 toward streetscape and public realm improvements to Wellington Street West, Portland
Street, Draper Street and/or Front Street West
