| Springing into Spring! Flower Program Our flowers are in full bloom for our 2022 Spring Flower Program. Installation begins early May. The BIA beautifies the neighbourhood with flowers in planters along sidewalks and flower baskets on light poles. Clean Streets Program The BIA also maintains a clean public realm with a year-round Clean Streets Program that manages issues such as litter removal, graffiti and poster removal, snow removal, power washing and asset cleaning.
