Road Closures: 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The Santa Clause Parade and Holly Jolly Fun Run will begin at 11:45 AM at 600 Bloor St W., east of Palmerston and west of Markham St., and will end at Maple Leaf Square. This event is expected to bring hundreds of thousands of people to the downtown core. See below for various road closures impacting the area.

University Ave. Southbound Lane Restrictions

Starting Monday, November 27, University Ave. will be restricted to one lane southbound between College St. and Queen St. W. due to infrastructure upgrades. This work will pause during the coldest part of winter from late December to early January. During this time, traffic restrictions will be lifted and all southbound lanes will be reopened. Work is expected to be completed by summer 2024.
